- Tap your initials in the top corner to open Studio account.
- Choose Delete my account. Cue shows exactly what will go before anything happens.

By email
If you can't sign in, write to hello@downstage.co.za from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm it is you, delete it, and reply when it is done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name and studio details.
- Productions that only you belong to, with their scripts, plans, card logs, cuts and notes, and their review video is removed from Mux, our video processor.
- Your place on other people's productions.
What stays, and why
- Notes you left on other people's productions stay with that production without your name, because they are part of someone else's work.
- If you own a production that other people still work on, Cue asks you to delete it or hand it over first, so a crew does not lose its production because one person left. Write to us if you need it handed over.
- A record that an account was deleted (its internal id and how many productions went, no name or email) is kept so we can show the deletion happened.
- Security logs kept by our hosting providers are short-lived and expire on their own schedules.
